When my parents came to visit me we went all over the place to eat and one of the restaurants that we ate at was P.F Chang`s Bistro.
We ordered a whole bunch of food and we shared everything. For appetizers we got the shrimp dumplings that had shrimp, carrot, ginger and green onion. It came with a side of soy sauce. It was super juicy and was really great tasting. My dad ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna for appetizers for him but I forgot to take a picture!
For the entrees we got the Salt and Pepper Prawns which were huge sized prawns and really well seasoned with salt and chili pepper mix. It was served with a spicy mustard sauce which I was not a fan of because it was just too strong for my liking. We as well ordered the Mahi Mahi which was nicely grilled and had a garlic lemongrass sauce and was on a bed of cilantro rice. I chose to get the Singapore Street Noodles which had shrimp, red cabbage, carrot, red pepper, green onions and this was all in a curry sauce/seasoning mix, it tasted good but the cabbage was a bit too raw for me in a stir fried noodle dish. For vegetables we got Sichuan-Style Asparagus which had onion, chili paste and garlic and we got the Stir-Fried Eggplant in a spicy chili sauce. This all came with a side of our choice of white or brown rice.
We were all pretty full at the end of the meal but we could not turn down dessert because they had some pretty awesome options to choose from. We decided to opt for the Banana Spring Rolls which were banana`s wrapped in egg roll wrapper and fried and cut into 6 bite sized pieces and that was served with coconut pineapple ice cream (TO DIE FOR!!!) and caramel sauce.....AND we got the New York Style Cheesecake with fresh berries and raspberry sauce. Everything was really good and well seasoned. Little bit pricey but their food was good quality and definitely worth the money spent.
Have you guys ever been to P.F Chang`s Bistro??
