For 2 weeks, all I have been drinking for breakfast and dinner, (I skip lunch) is this strawberry banana smoothie! After drinking this, I lost 4.7 pounds, in just 2 weeks! I love this recipe, it`s so sweet and perfect for this upcoming summer. If you like your smoothie cold, you can either freeze your strawberries and banana, or add ice.
Recipe: (one serving)
4 large strawberries
(or 7 small)
1/2 cup milk
You won`t be needing any sweetener because the ripe banana should do the trick. Hope you guys enjoy!
