I love eating these Vietnamese pate-a-choux. I had these at my engagement two years ago. These are pastry puffs filled with ground pork and onion with added spices. They`re so good. You can find these at your local Vietnamese bakery or market and they`re worth every penny. If you get a good one, the pastry puff should be crispy and flake with the filling moist and you should be able to taste a little black pepper flavor. I LOVE these, although having one too many doesn`t do good for the waist line. :)
