Ingredients needed: Pasta, mozzarella and feta cheese, cooking cream, zucchini, leek, garlic, salmon trout fillet, olive oil, pepper, salt, basil
Step 1: Cook the pasta. And heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2: Slice the leek and zucchini
Step 3: Pour a little bit olive oil to a frying pan and add the sliced vegetables. Then squeeze a couple cloves of garlic.
Step 4: Add spices, pepper and the pizza spice.
Step 5: Start layering the things on a platter. First a layer of pasta, then the zucchini and leek
then the raw salted salmon fillets
then a layer of cheese, both mozzarella and feta. (First times I did this only with mozzarella, but since I love cheese I tried it with feta and it adds more flavour!) Then those layers above all over again for second time: pasta, zucchini and leek, salmon and cheese.
Step 6: Pour the food cream over it. Then into an oven, heated to 200 C, for about twenty minutes.
Step 7: Decorate it with basil (not necessary, but it looks pretty besides the extra taste!)
Step 8: Enjoy! In my case with a cold bottle of coke and a fashion magazine. After all I deserve those with my meal after the hard work ;) Naah to be honest, this is really easy to do!
