300g of spaghetti.
Cs 1, the cooking water of spaghetti.
1 Lead olive oil.
1 steak ham, 1 cm in height.
1 cup of milk.
1 teaspoon of cornstarch flour.
Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
2 Cs butter.
1 cheese triangle ("the laughing cow" or other)
Cook the spaghetti as usual, plenty of water, salt and a little olive oil. Cut the steak into cubes of ham. In a small saucepan pour the milk and dissolve the flour, add 1CS. butter and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, simmer until sauce thickens, then, join the Queijinho Cs and water cooking the spaghetti. Wrap it in a way, that the cheese melts into the sauce. Drain the spaghetti you add another tablespoon of butter. Pour the white sauce over the pasta and ham cubes, wrap everything
