The information for this post was from a very old magazine that my library had in the coffee area and I cannot remember what magazine it was.
Personally, i am not a huge fan of Paris Hilton because shes only famous because of her dad but never the less, she has the perfect body. I wanted to share with you how she achieves her body.
To get a body like Paris Hilton one should expect a certain level of exercise, including resistance exercises to tone up the major muscles of the upper and lower body. To create Paris Hilton like shapely legs and butt you should perform:
* Walking lunges with dumbbells
* Step ups with dumbbells
* Seated leg curls
* Butt kickbacks
To tone the upper body perform a mixture of pulling and pushing movements, including press ups, lat pulldowns and dips. To increase your stamina to Paris Hilton like levels aim to perform aerobic activity at least 3 times a week. This may consist of dancing, walking, jogging, cycling, hill walking, rowing, climbing and swimming. To stay slim Paris Hilton will eat good levels of protein, with some fats and fresh vegetables. However, just as Paris knows, high sugary foods like cakes, biscuits, sweets and high levels of chocolate is a no-no.
