Parfaits. The one of a kind frozen desert from France. The name "Parfait" actually means "perfect" in French. And if you ask me Parfaits taste pretty close to perfect. Some parfaits are alcoholic but I prefer non alcoholic foods. I think the parfaits without them are probably better, I`m not really sure but I think it`s a good guess. Most Parfaits are non-alcoholic in America but in France I think that`s one of the main ingredients. Parfaits in the U.S. are made by layering parfait cream, ice cream, and/or flavored gelatin, in a fancy clear cup, and topping it off with whip cream, nuts, and fruit. The main ingredients consist of sugar syrup, eggs, and cream.
I`m pretty sure they are sold at a various number of buffets, and other restaurants. I`m hoping that they sell them at The Cheesecake Factory. Because there food is really delicious and it`s not that expensive.
