I`d never had pappardelle pasta before and lots of people say that it is really good with slow cooked meat. Yesterday I saw Pappardelle with Braised Beef on the special of the day menu, so I really wanted to try it out. The dish looked really good. It consisted of pappardelle, braised beef, swiss chard, onion, red peppers and goat cheese. Pappardelle, goat cheese and braised beef created a nice combination of flavors. Swiss chard and red peppers also added some texture and color to the dish. It was delicious. I`d love to order it again.
