I have a slow paced morning today. So after my early workout, it felt nice to have some time to prepare a nice, fully loaded breakfast to refuel on. There`s definitely a lot of food here, but it`s all clean and delicious eating.
Simply started with a few eggs over easy. It`s breakfast, so I never skip out on the eggs. Then sauteed some organic spinach and warmed up leftover cauliflower rice (which is amazing!). And finally topped everything off with some bacon strips and half an avocado.
Starting the day off right!
