I`ve always loved my oysters natural (raw) nothing on top, not even lemon. However, i thought i`d attempt to make these with ginger and shallots. Typical asian style.
I steamed these for 8minutes and they turned out perfect, it was perfection. I was so so proud of myself hahaha
I added the soy sauce after the steaming. Also, keep in mind that these are quick large. Anything smaller, i would steam it for 5mins or else they`ll turn into prunes lol
