One of the foods my doctor recommended for a healthy diet is eating yogurt! The best yogurt kind of yogurt to eat is Greek Yogurt but I can`t master eating Greek just yet, my taste buds are hardly used to regular yogurt in general. I went to Trader Joe`s and bought a pack of these Organic Strawberry probiotic nonfat yogurt with live active natural probiotic cultures - vitamin D added and high in calcium. The yogurts taste standard, so I like to add two spoons of strawberry granola that I buy in bulk at Sprouts to make sort of like a parfait. The yogurts are something I am going to consider eating daily in my diet (and change up the flavors).
