Another stir fry everyone. I always use chicken thighs for most of the chicken dishes that I prepare. With this one I start of by cutting it into small pieces. Sautéed it in a pan with some onions cut into small pieces too, let it cook. Add half of the sauce, let it sit for about 15 minutes the add some broccoli, let the broccoli cook once its done add some mandarin oranges.
