I had this toothbrush for awhile but didn`t use it for awhile. When I went back to use it, maybe 6 months later, it was starting to lose strength in power. Eventually it completely stopped vibrating! I was so upset that I called Oral-B and asked for a new one or at least a discount on another one and they wouldn`t do it because it was past the warranty on the product. It was a $50 toothbrush so I expected it to last longer than 2 years, but it didn`t and there was no fix either. I decided to not get Oral-B product anymore and went with the Sonicare brand instead. So far I like my Sonicare but am not super impressed. It might be that the pricepoint for getting a good electric toothbrush is more like $75 instead of the $50 I have been paying.
