Well my football season starts within two months time so my trainner wants to get us in shape.. yeah, some pretty tough work outs she has me doing so far, but its only just the start!
So far i run 30 mins a day non stop, 800 sit ups, sprint 15 times non stop for 100 meters, and run up and down 15 steps 20 times, thats my daily work out.. and in september we have to work out twice a day, so i will die.
Anyways, i started last tuesday and i didnt know what to wear because its steaming out here in Spain, so i decided to go for a white tank top and paired them with my nike running shorts, and then just wore my rebook trainners.
Simple but comfortable!
