On Sunday my husband and I decided to invite his cousin and her family (including our adorable God son) to our house for a little BBQ. I didn`t know what to wear because the weather was strange (windy but hot), so I decided to wear a navy blue polka dot dress I picked up at Ross not to long ago for about $8 bucks.
I usually try on dresses before purchasing them (even though I hate to do so), but I saw this near the checkout and didn`t feel like getting out of line, plus it was in my size.
It`s a little too short for my liking and I did feel like I was about to flash everybody but it was perfect for the type of weather we were having this weekend.
I paired it with the navy blue and tan wedges I picked up several weeks ago on clearance as well as a tan thin belt to match.
I just started the Jillian Michael`s 30 day shred last Monday and have lost a mere 3 pounds but can`t wait to lose at least 10 more so dresses such as this one can look better on me.
