Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Buns

My boyfriend and I went to a Jewish bakery and deli over the weekend, and got some cinnamon buns to take home with us. :) They were as good as they look! The dough was soft, but not undercooked, and the sugar was caramelized on the outside, but gooey on the inside of the bun.

I had one of these buns for "lunch" (if you can call a cinnamon bun a meal, lol), and I don`t regret it! It was fabulous. I don`t eat cinnamon buns too often, as I am rather picky about them. I don`t like the hard, biscuit-y type, nor do I like the supermarket bakery type. I like them to be fresh and made with wholesome ingredients - brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter! :) These cinnamon buns definitely fit the bill...I see more of them in my future, lol.
