I know that skyscrapers are tough to build and take a lot of time but it seems as if the One World Trade Center (replacement for the twin towers) has been in construction forever. It started construction in 2006 and it is now 2013 and they just installed the spire on the building. Even with the the steel work topped out and part of the spire installed on ONE WTC the windows near the top floors and perhaps the interiors are yet to be completed. It is just that their rate of construction is significantly slower than that of other construction projects in Asia or the Middle East. Any thoughts?
