One of my dinners

Generally, over the course of the week, I eat out only 2 meals over the weekends. All other meals, I cook for myself at home.

This was made when I was craving a hamburg steak, I believe those were called after I saw a coworker eating salisbury chicken one day.

It was a grilled turkey patty, with mushroom gravy and carrots.

A wholesome dinner under 300 calories.
