I wanted to share with you guys a dinner that my boyfriend and I made last week. We absolutely loved it, and there were no leftovers left. If you like peppers and onions, I definitely recommend that you try this recipe. If you do, let me know how it goes!
You can see in the bottom picture the ingredients: Italian sausage, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, and 1 medium onion.
First, cut the sausage diagonally into thin slices, peppers into thin slices, and dice onion. Put the meat ONLY into a skillet, add a little salt and pepper, and cook until light brown. Then add peppers and onions. Cook until all of the sausage is brown (I cut some pieces in half to make sure the inside was cooked) and veggies can be cut with spatula. Enjoy!
