Hi everyone! Here is a nail polish I was wearing several months ago and am finally getting around to posting about (story of my blogging life).
Price & Availability - $1.99 - Available in most places Wet n Wild is sold
Shade & Finish - Private Viewing is a peachy-nude with some microshimmer that isn`t too visible
Packaging - Curvy glass bottle - Manicurve pro brush which is wide, flat and has rounded edges
How many coats? - I used three coats to get complete opacity and to work out the streaks - The first coat made my nails look old
Pros - Very affordable - Widely available - Many colors to choose from; most or all of them are creme finishes - This particular polish/shade had a good consistency - not too runny, not too thick - Lasts a long time: I wore this for NINE days and didn`t have any chips, just some minor tip wear. This was actually on my nails for so long, and my nails grew so much in those nine days that the polish started moving away from my cuticles where it had been applied.
Neutrals - There are no other types of finishes in this particular line (ie. glitters, mattes, shimmers, metallics, etc) - Sometimes the brush fibers can be cut weird which will make the application streaky - I think the stem of the brush just barely fits the neck of the bottle. It may not bother other people but it`s something that irks me.
Cons - None really. It`s a great affordable polish line and the quality is really good.
Overall I really like this line of nail polishes and they have many colors that I would wear (I may have actually bought all the shades that were appealing and that was a good portion of the line). They are really affordable at $1.99 apiece and Wet n Wild goes on sale fairly often so you can always get them for cheaper. The quality is also great for a drugstore brand as I was able to wear this for NINE days (with base and top coat) and have NO chipping. Thanks for reading! Have you tried these polishes yet?
