Omron Healthcare has introduced the HJA-312 pedometer. It will measure your total amount of activity including sedentary movements such as household chores. There is also a workout mode that measures exercise time, running time, distance and calories burned. It can also chart your diet and set four-week weight loss goals. There are also free website Wellness links so you can manage and view your progress online on graphs and measurements. There are Apps for Android for the Wellness Links as well. It will cost around $65, which isn`t bad considering the one my fiance has is like $200 lol.
Do you keep track of your sedentary behavior and count them towards your "activities?"
Do you own a device that keeps track of your exercise time and calories burned?
