So we`re going to get in the best shape of our lives this year and we`re going to eat clean and cut out things like salt in our diet and make breakfast one of the largest meals of the day to kick start our metabolism and start fueling our bodies. So I made an omelet with two eggs a splash of milk, onion powder, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, and some oregano. In it I added some diced green bell pepper, sweet onion, sliced mushrooms, and chili peppers to give it a KICK yeah. I also put a little bit of green/spring onion into the omelet to give it an extra bit of flavor and also sliced up 3 slices of extra lean hot capicola in the omelet mixture and in the omelet and then sprinkled it with a bit of light mozzarela cheese. Me and the man are trying to cut back on the cheese though because of the fat content so in the coming weeks the food posts will have little or no cheese may be :( bye cheese. I still love you but will buy the low fat less delicious kind when I use you lol. I also had a few slices of oranges, grapes and some blueberries for this breakfast and accompanied it with a cup of green tea. Mind you this was a weekend breakfast and my week day breakfasts are not very pretty looking or exciting which I will do a boring breakfast post in the coming days yay boring haha.
