Is a very common problem most of us. Simply I just hate that every day look in the mirror of my super oily hair even from washing them daily. So I did a research to help US!
LIFESTYLE & DIET!
- While doing sport is good to make a ponytail
- Drink a lot of water
Eat less sweets, spicy and fat meals and add more minerals,vitamins
-FLAX SEED GEL (boil the seeds, drain and sniff to the hair)
-KEPHIR WRAP (let half hour on the hair and wash by acid water)- with lemon
-ONION (squeeze the juice,sniff to the hair, let 5 minutes and wash with a shampoo)
-HERB DECOCTIONS - wash your hair with a shampoo and clease with herb decoction- CHAMOMILE, NETTLE, THYME..
-Use shampoos without agresive materials (mostly without SODIUM LAURETIT SULFATE & SODIUM LAURYL)
-Wash your hair with cold water
-You can add TEA TREE OIL
