Okay, so I only purchased this because of all the rave on youtube. I think I`m pretty late on trying this because apparently it seems like everyone has tried this. I got mine at the Ulta store for $4.49. I was irritated to find out that it was on sale for $2.69 online. Surprisingly, there were about 30 shades to choose from. You can use this as an eyeliner, eyeshadow, or a base. I bought it to use as a base because its suppose to make your colored eye shadows pop and be more vibrant. Since its a chubby stick, it was easy to use and apply onto the eyelids. The consistency is creamy and easy to spread. Its suppose to not crease. I found it to go on a bit cakey. As you can see, it looks pretty chalky due to the color. I applied a champagne color shadow on top but I didnt notice a huge difference. Overall, it wasnt anything amazing. However, I felt that it was decent because the shadow had something to stick onto VS. only your oily eyelids. I guess I need to try it with a bright purple shadow to see. I like that I can still use this on my waterline to make my eyes appear brighter. It very easy to work with but a little limited because you have to use with lighter shadows compared to smokier eye looks. I`m sure I`ll find some kind of use for it. I definitely wouldnt want to pay full price for this thing again =/.
