Number 1 Rules To Be Healthy!

I know this would probably be so obvious to some of you but the first step you should take to being a healthier person is drinking water!! I know it is so self explanatory and a lot of people know it however I was surprised with myself when I sat back and realized how little water I actually get in my diet! So one of my resolutions was to drink more water and now I do! I always have a bottle with me and just constantly drink from it throughout the day! I have noticed SUCH an improvement! Its like the most natural energy you will ever find and if you observe that you really don`t drink enough then go for it and feel the change! :)
