Although it`s not quite summer yet, we`ve started bbq-ing when the weather seemed appropriate. On my dinner plate last week was what excites me about summer - the ability to bbq my food haha. The chicken was seasoned with soya sauce, a bit of sesame seed oil, garlic, salt and pepper. I also made kabobs and bought my fav, pumpernickel bread with spinach dip along with fresh ol` salad.
