I noticed I kept going for the same foods and drinks this month. I am obsessed with these frozen single serve pizzas from California Pizza Kitchen. I love the Margerita, Chicken BBQ and Cheese flavors. They are fairly low calories because of the thin crust but they have a lot of flavor to them - they definitely don`t taste like your typical frozen pizza.
Vitamin Water and Gatorade were drinks of the month. You would think I would reach for something warm, but I have been working out a lot and these drinks taste so good during and after a workout. They also have electrolytes and other goodies to help replenish your body after a hard workout.
I also ate a lot of chili this month, I guess because it is starting to get cold and who doesn`t like Mexican food?
