Once I tell you the ingredients to one of my very special, and energizing, smoothies you probably will turn ur nose up in disgust but try it! If it isn`t delicious I will accept hate mail lol.
You will need:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup frozen pinapple chunks
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 apple (cored)
1/2 cup frozen berries
2 celery stalks
1 1/2 cup of spinich and/or kale
Trust me sounds outrageous absolutely delicious and soooo goood for your skin and your inside!
Blend all ingredients together add more ice if you like, it is all about getting it to your texture. You can replace the water with juice if you like. This smoothie gives you all the necessary vitamins and minerals you need from dark greens and other veggies but it doesn`t even taste like veggies are in there. A great way to sneak a healthy drink into a loved one who hates the sight of veggies life. Also has protien, potassium and iron! Better than vitamins and great when flu season comes just add oranges :)) Should make a few cups.
