So I recently did my first nail polish haul that I went a little over board with here ----> http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/nail-polish-haul-5?blog_id=73285 They were so inexpensive and I couldn`t help myself. Then I did my mom`s nail using one of the crackle purple polish here-----> http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/moms-notm?blog_id=73285 At 1st I didn`t like them but you can check out for yourself how they turned. I learned to like them.
So here is another crackle polish I bought from that haul.
I used the following:
Coco nail lacquer in white
Bobbie smashed polish in black (the crackle polish)
This is what I did:
1. prepped my nails by cleaning, cutting and shaping them. Then a layer of clear polish.
2. After the clear polished dried, I polished on my white base color. it only took two layers as the came on pretty opaque. i let this dry.
3. once the base color is completely dried, I quickly put on my crackle polish. A thin layer will do cause a think layer will result large gaps like the ones I did on my mom. not too bad but I think this came out better.
4. After it has dried, I top coated with a clear polish for protection and shine.
Do you like how they turned out? I do.
photos are mine.
