So for the past 3 weeks I meet one of my friends at our school gym and we work out. We usually work out for 2 hours, but I had a really hard day in class so i text him about reducing it to one hour and he was okay with it. Plus it all worked out because my parents invited us to dinner at Olive Garden!
We are both in the process of training to run a 5k, and eventually a full marathon! We alternate between doing the treadmill, the elliptical and the stationary bike.
this week we did the treadmill! I walked just over 2 miles in about 40 minutes. Which is fairly slow i suppose, the fastest i was able to walk was 4 MPH.
I do basic stretches before and after all my workouts to avoid muscle cramps and to increase my flexibility!
It is actually all working out well, We`ll both be more than ready to run out first 5k together in March. And the one in May!
I can`t wait to start running and raising more money for charity!
