I love trying new nail designs and water marbling has always been a technique that has gotten the better of me. I tried it again a few days ago and I think its the kind of thing you need to practice to get the best results.
I began with a base coat of China Glaze White on White and then went in with random mixtures of China Glaze White on White, First Mate and Coconut Kiss, and Sally Hansen`s Cherry Red. And then mixed the colours with a toothpick to get a nice design. Once the design was dry and touched up I decided to add an extra detail of white dots along some of the lines. I found this gave the design a greater impact and I actually love how it turned out.
What are your thoughts on water marbling nail art?
