Last week I saw a picture of some adorable starfish nails on Pinterest, and I was able to trace it back to the tutorial on YouTube. It was shockingly easy to do, just time consuming lol.
All you really have to do is use base coat (obviously), then a light blue or minty color as a base, then put and iridescent or holographic glitter over that for the water effect. As for the starfish, use a peach or coral color to paint them on with a nail art brush (which luckily these don`t have to be neat because they`re starFISH, not stars, and if you`ve ever seen one, they`re only really straight when they die). Then just use a dotting tool or a bobby pin or something for the white dots on it, and finish with to top coat - and wah-la!
