(please excuse the poor state of my nails haha!)
I found this method online on a youtube tutorial and it`s so simple! I`ve tried a couple of different colours in this style.
First you use sellotape to make a diagonal line across each nail; covering the bottom half of your nail, then paint the top half in your desired colour (I opted for Nails Inc `Piccadilly Circus` leave to dry, remove the tape then using a nail dotting tool or even a bobby-pin if you don`t have the tools, dot on white polka-dots (I find the easiest way to do this is pour a small amount onto an old piece of packaging; amazon order and dot the polish from there) once that`s dried I use a silver glitter striper (around £1.20) to follow the diagonal line across (which helps cover up any mistakes hehe, but you can always go around your nails with a cotton bud and nail polish remover) and then apply a top-coat and you`re done! :)
