A new manicure was in need, especially since the weather now is gorgeous. It was finally time to bring out the pretty bright colours! Even though OPI Just Spotted The Lizard was absolutely beautiful, it was time to say goodbye and remove it, and take out a nice bright coral. I decided to finally use the lovely coral polish that I bought last month called Revlon Make Me Mango. The colour itself is perfect enough to be left alone, but I decided to jazz it up by adding some flakies. The flakies did not turn out as good as I thought it would. But up close and at certain angles it was sure pretty! I hope you enjoy my Mango-Flakie Shake!
What I used:
-Base coat: Seche Natural (2 coats)
-Revlon Make Me Mango (3 coats): The formula was okay; colour distribution could have been better. I was afraid that this polish would be streaky and not opaque enough. But it turned out to be way better than my expectations.
-Nfu Oh #49 (2 coat): This is a flakie polish composed of red/orange and green/yellow flakies. I find this similar to Essies Shine of Times. If you would like to see this polish swatched over black, you can find it here: http://www.luuux.com/health-beauty/first-nfu-oh-polish-49-heavy-pic
-Top Coat: Seche Vite (1 coat)
On a side note, Id like to share an interesting fact with you all. Revlon Make Me Mango is my third Revlon polish! Yep, thats right, I only own 3 Revlon polishes; Im not sure why though. I really want to get my hands on Revlons Whimsical and Facets of Fuchsia, but they are very hard to find here. But anyways, I hope you enjoy my Mango-Flakie Shake!
Do you own any Nfu Oh polishes? Which polish do you like best from their line?
