I technically did not need this particular shade in blue because I already bought a shade of blue very similar to this one from Ulta, but I went ahead and purchased it anyway because there was a sale going on at Walgreens not too long ago where Wet n Wild nail polishes were buy 2 get 1 free. There was not a huge selection to choose from and I wasn`t a fan of nearly all the colors... And I liked this shade of blue so just it anyways -_-
All right! So here`s the review:
To me, the bottle looks a lot better than the older Wet n Wild nail polishes. They are heavier in weight and it looks like the bottle is glass, but it`s not. I think it`s acrylic, I`m not 100% sure though. Maybe hard plastic. These are 0.45 fl oz or 13.5 mL.
It`s just regular nail polish smell. Revlon has scented nail polish if you are interested.
One of the reasons why these Wet n Wild nail polishes are so popular is because they are so affordable! I mean, how can you go wrong with only $2 a bottle?
It went on streaky the first coat, but evened out the 2nd time around. I could have used just 1 thick coat, but I`m trying a new thing where I use thin coats... Let`s see how that goes! I Need a Refresh-Mint isn`t really all a mint color to me. It`s like mixed with turquoise.
Overall, I really the nail polishes from Wet n Wild. They have great formula and is easy on the wallet!
