As you can see, I did decide to add to my orange gradient manicure. If you want to see it by itself, before flowers, you can find that on yesterday`s post. I liked it for a day and then decided it needed something. What is the most frequently added image/design to my manicures? Yup, flowers. I have so many different flower stamps and they`re all so pretty. Sometimes I just can`t help myself. Having added the flowers, I feel like the manicure looks like some man`s Hawaiian swimming trunks! HAHAHA! That`s okay, though, I still enjoy them. I was trying to get the flowers to be yellow and white, but the yellow ended up looking like a pale orange against the rich base. That may be for the better, though. A bright yellow may have been too much.
WHAT I`M WEARING: 1 coat of Milani Smoothe base coat 2 coats of Essie Orange, It`s Obvious! Zoya`s Tanzy for the gradient at the tips 1 coat of Seche Vite Konad special yellow polish and Red Angel plate RA 106 for the small flowers Konad special white polish and Red Angel plate RA 106 for the small and large flowers 1 final coat of Seche Vite So, what do you think? Do you think it was better before or after the designs? I can`t decide. I like them for different reasons... and my mood is a big factor in what kind of manicures I prefer at the moment.
