NOTD: Fickle Love

I`m fickle and couldn`t make up my mind with this manicure. I didn`t know if I wanted a black base or a white base... so...I used both! :-D Seeing them both now, though, I am pretty sure I prefer the black base because it makes the design pop a bit more than the white does. Perhaps it is just me, too, but I think the black is sexy (don`t laugh!) and the white has an innocent feel to it.
WHAT I DID: 1 coat of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Alternating nails, I applied 1 coat of Sinful Colors Snow Me White or 1 coat of Sinful Colors Black on Black 1 coat of Out The Door With Red Angel plate RA114 and Sally Hansen Color Quick pen in Red Chrome I stamped on the heart design to all fingers 1 final coat of Out The Door All the nail bloggers who said the Sally Hansen chrome pens are awesome for nail stamps were right! I`m loving them! I wish I had more! I don`t want to get them for $7.00 something, though, so I`m going to be keeping my eye out for them on clearance. I know a lot of people have said they are finding them at dollar stores. Gotta hunt `em down! I don`t know if the other finishes work on nail plates because I have just heard good things about the chrome finished ones, but I kind of want to try some to find out. If you have tried the regular ones, let me know what your thoughts are! If you are looking for a fantastic black polish, may I suggest Sinful Colors Black on Black? I first recall seeing Erika from Chloesnails using it often in her manicures. I always adored her manis and thought well, heck, if someone with nails that amazing uses this, then it must be good! I wasn`t let down. It is glossy, rich, and super pigmented. Another plus is that it only costs $1.99 USD and can often be picked up on sale for 99 cents! Get a bottle to try out!
