NOTD: China Glazes something sweet 100412

I left my last mani on a few days longer than I was planning to because it grew on me but I had to change it up. The polish on my right hand was chipping too much so I replaced it with China glazes something sweet from their Up and away collection, a soft pink creme.

Ahhh. I really like this one. Some pinks look alright on me but I dont have many like this one neither do I wear them often. This one didnt make me look too tanned which I like and the colour like its name is so sweet. My camera and lighting is washing it out a bit and making it look milky. Its actually pinker but my camera just couldnt pick up the true colour. (Still think it looks gorgeous like that in the photo though.)

Application was fairly good. It is a little runnier than other CG polishes but not to the point where its unbearable to work with because I didnt have any major problems asides that I found some streaking especially on the right hand. As for the rest youd have to go up close to see the streaks. Bear in mind though that Im right handed and I didnt have extremely good lighting. Cleanup was fairly easy as well since it didnt pool into the cuticles. I only used two coats which I think is best, I did one normal coat followed by one slightly thick then a topcoat to make it look like how it is in the photos.

I still have a few more reds/pink polishes to swatch and I most probably wont be wearing those two shades for a little while after that. Slightly getting sick of them LOL but after Ive swatched those I might go back to the older polishes I havent worn in a while even though I seriously want to buy more. Or I might just add a few more to my collection. Seriously scared my polishes will dry out before I get to use them again.

What do you guys think of my NOTW? Whats your favourite pink colour?
