While I do want to try and pump out several Halloween designs, we can`t forget that it is October. October also means that it is Breast Cancer Awareness month. It just wouldn`t be right to move forward without doing a BCA manicure. I started with my usual (now) base coat of Sally Hansen Triple Strong. My base color was Sally Hansen Intra-Dri in Pink Blink. I applied two coats of that. I then used Sinful Colors Nail Art polish in Bad Chick to create some vertical stripes down the nail. Once the base color and stripes dried I stamped on the ribbons using Bundle Monster 321 plate and Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure polish in I Pink I Can. Everything was sealed in with Seche Vite. I had some glitter polishes and some rhinestones sitting out but thought this might be already a bit busy so I left them out. I may do a second BCA manicure later in the month and use some of them, though, because they did look very pretty lined up next to several different pink nail polishes. I did a Breast Cancer Awareness manicure last year, too. If you`d like to see that one, it can be found here: http://pixiepolish.blogspot.com/2011/10/october-is-breast-cancer-awareness.html
