I know these kind of nails have been seen a thousand and four times, but I couldn`t resist. They`re always so pretty! Plus with the weather being nice, I thought little roses would be perfect for this manicure. I started this manicure out with one of my new Julep polishes, Blake. Yellow can be a bit difficult to wear because it can make the nails look a bit sickly. This one seemed soft enough, though, that it was actually rather flattering. I`m a sucker for designs, though, and I thought it would be the perfect base for a cheery floral manicure.
WHAT I`M WEARING: 1 coat of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails 2 coats of Julep Blake Imperfectly dotted on Sinful Colors Beautiful Girl and Easy Going Went back in with those same colors on a tiny dotting tool and using the opposite color swirled in the centers of the flowers Using Sinful Colors Envy on a small dotting tool, I created the leaves 1 coat of Seche Vite Once I was finished I realized it can be a bit difficult to tell which flowers started out as the light base and which ones were the darker color. I quite like that, though. They just appear to be a bunch of pink flowers! http://julep.com/?r=19806710 Use code COLORS4ONE at checkout.
