My husband loves noodles and this is his favorite dish of all times:) I made noodles with fried eggs, stir-fry green vegetables, vegan meatballs topped with tofu and mushroom cubes for dinner yesterday. I have never used this particular Korean udon noodles before, I picked them up when I was shopping at the Korean market. I quite love them even though the noodles were a little starchier than the usual wanton noodles. I seasoned the noodles with the usual condiments such as soy sauce, pepper, ABC sweet sauce and was surprised how it came out tasty! Do you like eating noodles just like us too?:)
