Nokia sues HTC, RIM and ViewSonic due to patent

Nokia decided to process the HTC, and ViewSonic RIM for infringing a total of 45 patents in the United States and Germany.

Nokia announced it will launch two separate processes, one in Germany and another in the United States. Nokia indicates that manufacturers are using the patent without the authorization of Nokia.

The patents that Nokia charges they are being used without authorization to do with the manufacture of antennas to transmit and receive simultaneously, opening attachments in emails, data encryption, the app store or the management energy.

In Germany the three manufacturers were processed in the court of Mannheim and Munich, HTC and RIM in court in Dusseldorf. In the U.S., HTC made a complaint against the International Trade Commission and against HTC, and ViewSonic in Delaware court.
