No More Soda

I grew up on soda, more specifically Mountain Dew and regular Coke, both of which have the highest amounts of food dyes, flame retardant ingredients, high fructose corn syrup, and acidity. At first I gave up soda because I got a few cavities, but I hadn`t realized until later how bad soda was you. In the long term, not only will it give you cavities, it will also raise your cholesterol, make you gain weight, raise your risk for diabetes, and even could cause infertility! I`ll be honest and say I still really want an ice-cold Coke once in a while, especially during this ridiculous heat wave, but it`s much better to be drinking coffee (without a bunch of sugar and cream), green tea, and regular old water.

Do you guys have addictions to soda? What do you guys normally drink everyday?
