I have a bone spur problem that has been bothering me for awhile. I`m currently getting therapy for it. And if the therapy doesn`t work I`ll have to get surgery.
So it`s been awhile since I`ve actually did any running. Mostly just working out on my upper body. Even when I just walk or stand for a period of time I feel discomfort on my feet so running is definitely out of the question.
To keep the leg muscles in shape I can do some aerobics, lying on my side or back.
Have you ever had any injury or ailment keep you from exercising the way you normally do?
