Hi there. Thought I would share an exercise program I`ve tried.
It`s great because it requires no equipment at all!
I`ve linked the exercise program below if you want to take a look at it.
Keep in mind it`s not the kind of exercise that is going to kick your butt or anything. It`s more for people who are just looking to start slowly if they`ve never exercised or are just beginning to get back into exercising. This program was great for me because although it doesn`t look like much I found it to be a challenge [ I would just be sure to up my reps and so forth each week ] and I felt accomplished afterwards. My recent weight loss has been a combination of things but this program definitely didn`t hurt! :)
