Recently I`ve been a bit more motivated to work out and get healthy. My friend let me know about this app called Nike Training Club. It`s a app with work outs that can be done from home. There are different categories ad then sub categories for if you`re a beginning, intermediate, or I don`t remember what the last category was.
But the app is really awesome. It plays your own music or if you prefer to work out in silence, you can do that too. There are videos that you cam view during the workout if you`re unsure of how to do an exercise. Might I add, these work outs kick my butt each time. By the end, I`m drenched in sweat and can definitely feel that my heart rate is up there.
Not only does it provide an awesome workout, it tracks your progress. It tracks how many minutes you`ve worked out as well as which exercises you`ve done to help you jeep track.
Have any of you guys heard of this app? Any of you guys use it?
