I recently came across this free app called Nike Training Center that is a great app for working out, and that requires little to no equipment.
This app is so convenient and versatile in that you can choose your workouts to target a specific area of your body, and that you can modify them if needed. The workouts range from 10-60 minutes, and while the workouts seem simple, they`re EFFECTIVE! It`s also fun in the fact that you ear these badges along the way every time you complete certain workouts and criteria!
One of the great features is that it explains to you step by step how you do each move, and even provides a video demonstrating how the move should be done, which is a huge help.
I`ve lost two pounds in a week because of these workouts alone, and they are seriously no joke. They make you burn and sore, but that`s how you`re supposed to feel so you know what you`re doing is working!
I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to lose weight, tone up, lean out, or whatever your goals are! For what you get out of it, I`m beyond surprised that it`s FREE! So you have nothing to lose. Try it out. You`ll love it :)
