Nike Free Run +3
Description: "The Nike Free Run+ 3 Womens Running Shoe offers a barefoot-like ride with the cushioning, traction and underfoot protection of a traditional shoe. Its low-profile midsole doubles as an outsole, dramatically reducing overall weight."
Almost a week into the first month of Feb. and I am seeing the gym goers decrease DRAMTICALLY since the first of Jan. Sad to say, most people`s New Year`s Resolutions do not last past teh first week of the year, let alone the first month, but I have found that my initial investment in the Nike Free Run +3 sneakers has really been great motivation to keep going.
The shoes are definitely on a whole different level from the regular running shoes that you can pick up for 50ish dollars at finish line/city sports. They`re super light-weight and nike even has as customize feature that allows you to color your own pair. This has been what really sucked me in to continue using them. It`s almost like I feel obligated to run X number of times a week to justify the ricidulous amount of money (for me, that is) that I have spent on teal shoes. Haha. I actually feel guilty when I have to skip a gym day because I`m not getting my money`s worth.
This is probably very strange, but w/e works as motivation is something that I will glady welcome :)
