If you know me you know I love being active, and running is one of my biggest stress relievers. Ever since I bought my first pairs of Nike Airmax shoes last December, I`ve been hooked on them. they fit so nicely and just give me the best form when running and doing other activities.
I own a pair that is gray and green already, but because I am hooked on them, my cousin decided to give me a pair that is all grey, making them more neutral and easier to wear if I don`t want my shoes to pop so much.
It`s recommended that you replace your running shoes every 200-250 miles. This prevents any chances of injury and really makes sure your form and legs stay in good condition.
I can definitely tell a difference in my running after testing this pair out for a week. Definitely retiring my old shoes, and I might start collecting Air Max`s since I am starting to really obsess over them.
