Everyone knows Nicole Scherzinger from The Pussycat Dolls. This girl has some real singing talent. But she might just be more famous for her incredibly toned body. I would kill for a fit body like hers. Well, she shared her secrets, so you should be able to achieve a hot bod like hers just in time for bikini season.

<strong>30-45 minute jog</strong> 2x a week
<strong>CRUNCHES</strong> for Nicole`s abs, do crunches on a stability ball to really work your core
<strong>Dieting? No way.</strong> No need to starve yourself. Just snack healthy.

I feel like celebrity workouts are super simple to follow. I mean, they don`t have to work out every day for hours on end, which is great. I`m actually not that great with cardio, but I love doing crunches on a stability ball. All I need is to get my own stability ball, but I actually have no room at my place for a huge ball to take up space. lol. Maybe when I move back home I will have the time and space for a huge stability ball.
